This is an entirely sealed machine with direct oiling solution to oiling system, can get the oil recovery. Automatically oiling system with filter pump. To prevent the materials being polluted by the oil sludge,is added to clean the oil sludge from lubrication. (The yellow is the sealing ring). (Old model only have two pieces, but 900 series have four pieces)
Patented presser foot
Machine of the series are equipped with the up to date patented presser foot whose independent fabric hole down piece can be adjusted rightward/leftward as per the changes in cup seaming width such that the edge surling can be effectively avoided during high speed sewing operation.
Direct Drive Servo Motor
Most motors work through belts, the main reason of noise and breaks over time.
With the Direct Drive Servo Motor that does not happen, because its transmission system is connected directly to the main shaft of the machine, eliminating the need for belts or pulleys. Thus it provides an increase in efficiency with quick startup, the precision of the brake and longer lifetime.

KH/horizontal auto air-indraft thread trimming device
The thread cutting part is located horizontally behind the needle plate; when sewing operation is over, compressed air is utilized to suck in and cut off the thread loop, such that the manual thread cutting time is saved and the working efficiency is improved
KS/vertical auto air-intake thread cutting device
The thread cutting port is located vertically to right rear of the needle; when sewing is over, compressed air is utilized to suck in and cut off the thread loop, such that the thread cutting time by hand is saved and the working efficiency is improved
Vacuum bits suction device
With the aid of compressed air, waste materials occurred during sewing are collected into a cloth bag so as to guarantee the cleanliness of the working environment.
