Solenoid Valve Control the Amount of Air Supplying
The air-indraft time can be adjusted freely. According to the requirement the air-indraft time can be set within 1-3 seconds after thread trimming. If for long time swing process, the air-indraft time also can be set within 1-3 seconds during sewing. So it can realize saving air resource up to 70%. It is not necessary to pause the machine to realize thread trimming. The length of thread ends can be control and adjusted by operation panel. It will improve the efficiency and saving the threads.
The thread trimmer is operated by connecting rod which is controlled by independent air cylinder. The trimmer system works only you give signal so that it’s defficult to wear. (In the same working period, the new trimmer system wear only 0.1% compare to the old trimmer system.) The service life of the thread trimmer is enormously extended.

KH/horizontal auto air-indraft thread trimming device
The thread cutting part is located horizontally behind the needle plate; when sewing operation is over, compressed air is utilized to suck in and cut off the thread loop, such that the manual thread cutting time is saved and the working efficiency is improved
